ICP-AES法测定碳化钨中的高含量钒、铬、钴

摘要

This paper studies the determination method of vanadium, chromium and cobalt in tungsten carbide by ICP-AES. Sample dissolution methods, different lines and the major parameters of the equipment are studied. Tests of Precision, spiked recovery and comparison testify that ICP-AES ICP-AES has characteristics of high accuracy, good precision and sound efficiency.%采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪（ICP-AES）测定碳化钨中的掺杂钒、铬、钴含量，试验分别对样品溶解方法、不同谱线以及仪器的各个主要参数进行了考察。进行了精密度试验、加标回收试验和比对试验，结果表明试验方法具有准确性好、精密度高以及简便快捷的特点。
