偶联剂改性多壁碳纳米管填充溶聚丁苯橡胶的耐热性能

         

摘要

采用硅烷偶联剂改性多壁碳纳米管,制备了改性多壁碳纳米管填充的溶聚丁苯橡胶.研究了改性多壁碳纳米管用量及加入方式和偶联剂种类对溶聚丁苯橡胶耐热性能的影响,分别采用Kissinger和Flynn-Wall-Ozawa方法计算了溶聚丁苯橡胶的热分解活化能.结果表明,随着改性多壁碳纳米管用量的增加,改性多壁碳纳米管填充溶聚丁苯橡胶的起始分解温度下降,热分解活化能增大,热稳定性提高.用溶液共混法制得改性多壁碳纳米管填充溶聚丁苯橡胶的耐热性能要优于机械共混法.在用量相同的情况下,硅烷偶联剂KH 550改性多壁碳纳米管对溶聚丁苯橡胶耐热性能的改善效果明显.%The multiwalled carbon nanotubes was modified with silane coupling agents, and then the solution polymerized styrene -butadiene rubber (SSBR ) filled with modified multiwalled carbon nanotubes( MWCNTs ) was prepared. The effects of the couple agent type, the level and adding mode of MWCNTs on the thermal resistance of SSBR were investigated, and the thermal decomposition activation energy of SSBR was calculated by Kissinger and Flynn-Wall-Ozawa methods respectively. The results showed that with increasing MWCNTs, the initial decomposition temperature of MWCNTs/SSBR composites decreased, the thermal decomposition activation energy increased, and thermal stability improved. The thermal resistance of MWCNTs/SSBR composites prepared by solution mixing was better than that by mechanically mixing. At the same level, the silane coupling agent KH 550 modified MWCNTs was better in improving thermal resistance of SSBR.
