硅藻土对氢氧化镁/红磷协同阻燃三元乙丙橡胶性能的影响

         

摘要

The influence of diatomite on the flame retardancy of ethylene-propylene-diene monomer with magnesium hydroxide and red phosphorus were investigated by oxygen index analyzer, Neytech vul-ean furnace, thermogravimetry analyzer and cone calorimeter. The results showed that with the increase of diatomite amount, the limiting oxygen index increased firstly and then decreased, and the suit-able amount of diatomite was 1. 5 phr. The diatomite could slightly improve the heat stability and the residual mass of the system and decrease the heat release rate.%通过氧指数仪、箱式电阻炉、热失重分析仪及锥形量热仪考察了硅藻土对氢氧化镁/红磷协同阻燃三元乙丙橡胶性能的影响.结果表明,随着硅藻土用量的增加,氧指数先增大后减小,硅藻土最佳用量为1.5份;硅藻土可以提高体系的热稳定性及残重率,降低热释放速率.
