以作为丁二烯橡胶(BR 9000)门尼黏度标准物质的定值样品为对象,考察了其门尼黏度测定时不确定度的来源,依据JJF 1059-1999对门尼黏度定值数据的不确定度分量进行了分析和评定.结果表明,测定过程中所产生的不确定度主要由各实验室测量的重复性、样品的均匀性和稳定性决定.定值样品BR 9000的ML(1 +4) 100℃的测定值为45.6,不确定度为±0.5.%The sources of uncertainty measurement for Mooney viscosity of butadiene rubber reference material were investigated with its Mooney viscosity certified samples, and the uncertainty components for Mooney viscosity certified data were analyzed and evaluated according to standard JJF 1059-1999. The results showed that the uncertainty in the measurement significantly depended on thernmeasurement results repeatability of all laboratories and uniformity and stability of sample. The ML( 1 + 4) 100 ℃ measurement value for the certified sample of butadiene rubber was 45. 6 and its uncertainty was ±0.5.
