β-PPH树脂在气相法装置上的开发

     

摘要

分析了β晶型均聚聚丙烯(β-PPH)树脂的性能,确定了工业化生产中需加入光稳定剂;分析了β晶型成核剂添加量对产品性能的影响,确定了β晶型成核剂加入量.在气相法聚丙烯装置上成功开发了β-PPH树脂,常温简支梁缺口冲击强度达68 KJ/m2,产品满足β-PPH管材的各项性能要求.%Adding light stabilizer in commercial production of β-crystal homo-polypropylene(β-PPH) resin was considered necessary in terms of the study on the properties of β-PPH resin. The dosage of β-nucleating agent was determined on the basis of analyzing the influence of the dosage of β -nucleating agents on the resin's properties. The β-PPH resin successfully developed in the gas-phase polypropylene plant had a notched Charpy impact strength of 68 kj/m2 at ambient temperature and could meet the requirements of β-PPH for pipes.
