保鲜瓶盖专用LLDPE树脂的开发

摘要

The linear low density polyethylene special resin for wide-mouth fresh-keeping bottle caps, grade DNDA-2020, was successfully developed by solving the problems of low catalytic activity, too fine and sticky particles and poor fluidity of the powders in the production through improvement of catalytic formula and optimization of process parameters. The resin had melt flow rate of 15.0-30.0 g/10 mins, density less than 0.922 g/cm3, tensile strength at break of 7.00-7.50 MPa and tensile strength at yield of 10.0-11.0 MPa. The gloss, flex-ibility, sealability and processability of the wide-mouth bottle caps made of the resin met the requirements of the downstream customers.%通过改善催化剂配方及优化调整工艺参数，解决了生产中出现的催化剂活性低、粉料细化发黏、流动性差等问题，成功地开发了宽口保鲜瓶盖专用线型低密度聚乙烯树脂DNDA-2020。该树脂的熔体流动速率为15.0~30.0g/10min，密度为≤0.922g/cm3，拉伸断裂强度为7.0.~7.50MPa，拉伸屈服强度为10.0~11.0MPa。用DNDA-2020制备的宽口瓶盖的光泽度、柔韧性、密封性及加工性能均满足用户要求。
