The reasons that the polypropylene(PP) CX9530 with poor rigidity were analyzed by means of testing the mechanical properties and microstructure of high flowability PP CX9530 and its counterparts at home and abroad. By adding high efficient nucleating agent or changing the external donor of the catalyst, the flexural modulus of PP CX9530 improved from 1.26 GPa to 1.46~1.51 GPa, increased by 16%~20% and the isotacticity was increased by 1%, but the Charpy notched impact strength slightly decreased. When the mass fraction of nu-cleating agent B was 0.2%, the balance between rigidity and toughness of CX9530 reached best. The performance of CX9530 was equivalent to that of domestic and imported counterparts.%通过测试高流动性抗冲聚丙烯CX9530及国内外同类产品的力学性能和微观结构,分析了聚丙烯CX9530刚性较差的原因。采用添加高效成核剂及更换聚丙烯催化剂外给电子体的方法,将聚丙烯CX9530的弯曲模量由1.26GPa提高到1.46~1.51GPa,提高了16%~20%,等规指数提高了1%,简支梁缺口冲击强度略有下降。在成核剂B添加质量分数为0.2%时,CX9530的刚韧平衡性能达到最佳,与国内外同类产品性能相当。
