PET/SiO2-g-PBA复合材料的制备

     

摘要

采用原子转移自由基聚合法合成了聚丙烯酸丁酯(PBA)接枝纳米SiO2(SiO2-g-PBA),并研究其对聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)应力~应变行为与耐热性的影响。傅里叶变换红外光谱、透射电子显微镜、力学性能、维卡软化温度与热重分析等测试结果表明:所制备的SiO2-g-PBA复合粒子在PET中分散均匀;当w(SiO2-g-PBA)为2%时,PET/SiO2-g-PBA复合材料的拉伸强度、断裂拉伸应变、拉伸断裂能、维卡软化温度较纯PET分别提高11.3%,23.1%,94.01%,3.6℃。%Poly(butyl acrylate) (PBA) was grafted onto nano SiO2 via atom transfer radical polymerization, and the effect of PBA grafted nano SiO2 (SiO2-g-PBA) particles on the stress-strain behavior and thermal stability of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) was studied. The results of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), mechanical properties, Vicat softening temperature and thermogravimetric (TG) analysis show that SiO2-g-PBA composite particles are evenly dispersed in the PET matrix. When the mass content of SiO2-g-PBA composite particles is 2%, the tensile strength, tensile strain at break, tensile fracture energy and Vicat softening temperature of PET/SiO2-g-PBA composites are increased by 11.3%,23.1%,94.01% and 3.6 ℃ respectively in comparison with those of pure PET.
