The internal curing material St-AM-AMPS-TEOS was synthesized by use of free radical solution polymerization coupled with interpenetrating network(IPN) technology as well as with starch(St), acrylamide(AM), 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid(AMPS), and tetraethoxysilane(TEOS)as raw materials. The results of scanning electron microscope(SEM) and elemental diffraction spectrum(EDS) show that AM and AMPS have successfully grafted to the main chain of the starch, the internal curing material obtained features interpenetrating crosslinked network structure. The optimal conditions for the synthesis of the material are as follows: dosage of TEOS is 5.5%-7.5%, mass fraction of crosslinking agent is 0.25%, pH value of solution is 1.0-1.5, reaction temperature is between 70 to 72 ℃, and reaction time is from 20 to 30 minutes. The water absorbency of the internal curing material is 253.68 g/g and its water releasing ratio is 91.76%.%采用自由基溶液聚合法配合互穿网络技术,以淀粉(St)、丙烯酰胺(AM)、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为主要原料,合成了St/AM/AMPS-TEOS聚合物内养护材料。扫描电子显微镜分析及能谱元素分析结果表明,AM,AMPS已经成功接枝到淀粉主链,所得内养护材料具有互穿交联网络结构特征。该材料合成反应的最佳条件为:w(TEOS)为5.5%~7.5%,交联剂N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺质量分数为0.25%,反应温度70~72℃,溶液pH值1.0~1.5,反应时间20~30min。所得内养护材料吸水率达253.68%,释水率达91.76%。
