两种DOPO衍生物改性醇酸树脂的制备及应用

以9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物(DOPO)为原料分别与多聚甲醛和二乙醇胺、马来酸等合成了两种反应型阻燃剂6-{[双(2-羟基乙基)氨基]甲基}-6H-二苯并-[c,e][1,2]-氧膦烷-6-氧化物(DHDOPO)和2-[10–(9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物-10-基)]-马来酸(DOPO-MA),并分别将其引入醇酸树脂(ALK)分子链,制备了两种DOPO衍生物改性ALK,分析了衍生物种类及磷含量对改性ALK应用性能的影响。结果表明:两种衍生物的引入使改性ALK的干燥时间有所延长,其中DHDOPO的影响比DOPO-MA小;改性ALK的附着力和硬度等级提高,但柔韧性和耐冲击性能降低;用DOPO-MA改性的ALK的磷质量分数达到1.5%时,耐水性能有所降低,DHDOPO的引入对耐水性能没有影响。%9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide (DOPO) is used to prepare two reactive flame retardants which include6-((Bis(2-hydroxyethyl) amino) methyl)-6H-dibe-nzo[c,e][1,2] oxaphosphinine-6-oxide(DHDOPO) and2[10-(9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide-10-)]-maleicacid(DOPO-MA), with diethanolamine, paraformaldehyde and maleic acid respectively. The retardants are subsequently combined into molecular chain of alkyd resins (ALK) respectively to prepare two DOPO modified ALK products. The influence of DOPO derivatives and phosphorus content on the properties of modified ALK are tested. The results show that the introduction of DOPO derivatives, especially DOPO-MA, prolongs the drying time of modified ALK. The adhesion and hardness of modified ALK are improved, but the flexibility and impact resistance are reduced. DHDOPO exerts no impact on the water resistance of modified ALK, while the water resistance of DOPO-MA modified ALK descends when the phosphorus content is higher than1.5 wt%.
