聚酯纤维原液着色技术的研究现状

摘要

综述了聚酯纤维原液着色的技术研究进展及其应用领域.原液着色聚酯纤维主要采用色母粒法和色浆法生产;色母粒法加入方式有色母粒与切片混合法和熔体直纺在线添加法;色浆法是将着色剂、颜料/染料、分散剂、溶剂等混合,以液态色浆形式添加生产原液着色纤维的方法,主要在聚合和纺丝过程中添加;原液着色聚酯纤维主要应用在服装、家用、产业用、装饰面料等领域;与常规聚酯纤维染色法相比,聚酯纤维原液着色技术具有工艺简单、绿色环保、产品颜色均匀、色牢度好等优点;研究高品质色母粒的制备和添加技术以及开发分散性能好的色浆是未来原液着色技术的发展趋势.%The research progress and application of dope dyeing technology for polyester fiber were reviewed.The dope-dyed colored polyester fiber was mainly produced by masterbatch method and color slurry method.The masterbatch addition methods included masterbatch and chip mixture and on-line addition during direct melt spinning.The color slurry method was to add the mixture solution of colorant,pigment dyestuff,dispersant and solvent during the polymerization and spinning processes for prepar-ing dope-dyed colored fiber.The dope-dyed colored polyester fiber was mainly applied in the fields of apparel,household,indus-try and decoration,etc..The dope dyeing technology for polyester fiber had the advantages of simple process,green environmen-tal protection,uniform dyeing effect and high color fastness as compared with traditional dyeing technologies for polyester fiber. The development trend of dope dyeing technology would lie in the preparation and the addition techniques of high-quality color masterbatch,and the development of technologies color slurry with high dispersion in the future.
