以茶油饼粕中提取的复榨茶油为基本原料,在Co - Zn系双金属催化剂(Co3[Zn(CN)6]2)作用下对复榨茶油进行水解,研究了催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间和水油摩尔比对水解率的影响.通过Design - Expert 8.0.5b软件中的响应面( RSM)对反应条件进行优化,确定了最佳水解条件为:反应温度191℃,反应时间9h,水油摩尔比36∶1,催化剂用量为复榨茶油质量的5.47%,在此优化条件下水解产物酸值可达到146.2 mg/g.%Hydrolysis of crude tea seed oil from double expressing process was carried out under help of Co - Zn di - metal catalyst Co3 [ Zn ( CN ) 6 ] 2 · Effects of dosage of the catalyst, reaction temperature, reaction time and molar ratio of water to oil on the degree of hydrolysis were studied and the optimized conditions were obtained through the use of response surface method presented in the software Design - Expert 8. 0. 5b. Results showed that under the optimized conditions:reaction temperature 191 ℃ ,reaction time 9 h,molar ratio of water to the oil 36: 1 , and dosage of the catalyst 5. 47% (mass of the oil) ,the acid value achieves 146. 2 mg/g.
