标准服务国际化视角及价值链延伸初探--以英国标准协会为例

摘要

本文从标准服务国际化视角及价值链延伸的角度，对英国标准协会（BSI）业务领域、运营模式及状况进行分析，并从标准化法修订、国家标准化战略、国际标准参与及话语权、标准化人才建设等四个方面，提出我国标准化工作相关建议。%This paper analyzes the British Standards Institution (BSI) business, operating model and the situation, from the perspective of the standard service international perspective and value chain extension; And then, propose four suggestions, e.g. law revision, national standardization strategy, participation in international standards and personal training in standardization.
