The method involves weighting each quality criteria used in the analysis proportional to an economic value of advantages corresponding to complete satisfaction of the criteria estimated by a purchaser. The price criteria are weighted proportional to the economic value of the realization of specifications of products or services. The price criteria for each offer are noted by specific formula.
