对2016版检规中吊运熔融金属起重机检验项目的探讨

摘要

本文首先对2016版起重机检规中关于吊运熔融金属起重机特殊要求的项目进行了梳理，并比较了监督检验和定期检验相关检验项目设置的差异；接着对吊运熔融金属起重机的现状进行了分析；在此基础上分析了现场检验中可能会遇到的问题并给出了解决的建议。本文对检验项目的分析和建议可进一步加强检验人员对吊运熔融金属起重机安全性的要求，保障特种设备安全。%First of all, the special items for molten metal lifting crane are carded based on the 2016 version inspection regulation of crane, and the difference of inspection item settings between the supervisory inspection and the periodical inspection are compared in this thesis. Then, the present condition of molten metal lifting crane is analyzed. On this basis, the possible problems that may be encountered during on-the-site inspection are analyzed, and then some suggestions on solving these problems are proposed. The analysis and suggestion on the inspection items in the article can strengthen the security requirements of molten metal lifting crane for the inspectors, and ensure the safety of special equipment.
