吊运熔融金属起重机正反向接触器故障保护探讨

摘要

新标准的发布对吊运熔融金属起重机提出了更高要求.单就起重机正反向接触器一项的表述就发生了很大的变化,这使得相关人员在理解和实施上存在滞后现象.文中就2008年以来相关安全技术规范及标准中涉及正反向接触器故障保护的内容进行了梳理分析,并通过典型案例阐述新标准的要求以及与旧标准的不同,同时给出了符合新标准的设计改进建议,以帮助相关人员更好地理解新标准.%Higher requirement is made on the swing molten metal crane in the newly-released standard. Description on the crane forward-inverse contactor is revised to a large extent, which will take related personnel much more time to un-derstand and implement the requirement. The paper analyzes the description regarding the forward-inverse contactor fault protection specified in the safety-related technical specifications and standards, expounds the differences of spcifications in new and old standards through typical cases, and presents the design improvement suggestions consistent with the new standard, helping related personnel to better understand the new standard.
