PURPOSE: A crane spreader, a crane therewith, a ship with a crane, and an automatic landing method of a crane spreader are provided to precisely control the position of a head block coupled to a frame unit by relatively moving the frame unit to the head block. ;CONSTITUTION: A crane spreader comprises an attaching unit(120), a head block(100), a frame unit, a position adjusting unit(130), and a fixing unit(140). The attaching unit detachably attaches the crane spreader on the top of a container. The head block has a pulley connected to a trolley of a crane through a cable. The frame unit is downward separated from the head block and is horizontally moved. The position adjusting unit aligns the frame unit on the container. When the frame unit is aligned, the fixing unit fixes the container to the frame unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
