摘要:严重湿H2S环境下工作的压力容器广泛采用抗HIC钢。对于该使用条件下压力容器潜在的失效形式,提出了针对性的监督检验措施。这些检验措施包括:图样结构设计和技术要求合理性审查,制作工艺符合性和可行性的检查,材料力学性能和耐蚀性能的确认,冷作和焊接过程容器结构连续性、应力集中和焊接缺陷的控制与检查,焊后热处理过程和结果的检验。%Steel for resistance to hydrogen-induced cracking was widely used for pressure vessels running in wet H2S environment. Specific supervision and inspection advice is given to the probable failure mode in the condition. They cover the following supervising points:reasonableness of structural design and technical requirements of the drawings, conformance and feasibility of the manufacture process, material's mechanical and corrosion resisting property, structural continuity, stress concentration, the control and inspection of weld defects in working process, the process of post-weld heat treatment and the veriifcation of the results.
