水泥沥青砂浆(CA砂浆)是高速铁路板式无碴轨道的重要结构层,其疲劳性能对高速铁路的服役性能有着重要的影响。对2种不同配比的水泥沥青砂浆进行了疲劳性能试验研究,建立了CA砂浆的疲劳方程。研究表明,应力水平对CA砂浆的疲劳寿命有较大的影响,增加CA砂浆中的沥青用量可以提高其疲劳寿命。沥青含量增加时,应力水平对CA砂浆疲劳寿命的影响更为明显。不同沥青用量的CA砂浆,其固化体的微观结构不同导致了其疲劳寿命的差异。基于疲劳方程,对CA砂浆在低应力水平下的疲劳寿命进行了预测。% Cement-asphalt mortar (CA mortar) is used as an important structural layer in the ballastless track of high-speed railway. The fatigue properties have an important impact on the performance of high-speed railway service. Fatigue properties of two types of CAmortar were studied and fatigue equations were established. Results show that stress levels have a great impact on the fatigue life of the CAmortar. IncreasingtheamountofasphaltintheCAmortarcanimprovefatiguelife.ThestresslevelsofCAmortarhaveamarkedlysignificantimpact on the fatigue life as the amount of asphalt increases. Microstructural difference of solidified CAmortar with varing asphalt proportions leads todifferentfatiguelifes.Basedonthefatigueequations,fatiguelifeoftheCAmortaratlowstresslevelsispredicted.
