抗车辙剂改性沥青混合料工艺参数对水稳定性能的影响

     

摘要

为研究抗车辙剂改性工艺对沥青混合料水稳定性能的影响,利用正交试验方法,选取抗车辙剂掺量、拌和时间和拌和方式3个因素,通过冻融劈裂试验定量地分析了抗车辙剂改性沥青混合料的水稳定性能影响因素和影响效果,提出了抗车辙剂改性沥青混合料的最佳工艺参数,并采用烘箱模拟老化法研究老化作用对抗车辙剂沥青混合料水稳定性能影响。试验结果表明,抗车辙剂可以显著提高沥青混合料的水稳定性能;各因素影响水稳定性能的主次顺序为:抗车辙剂掺量‐拌和温度‐拌和方式;最佳改性工艺为:抗车辙剂掺量0.6%、拌和温度180℃以及干法拌和;抗车辙剂能够有效改善老化作用后的沥青混合料水稳定性,且老化时间越长,改善效果越明显。%In order to investigate the effects of experimental factors and the aging properties of ARA modified asphalt mixture on water stability ,three experimental factors were evaluated in this paper .Short‐term oven aging (STOA) and long‐term oven aging (LTOA) were used to simulate the aging process of an asphalt mixture in the field .The orthogonal test indicated that ARA can dramatically increase the water stability .Factors affecting an ARA modified asphalt mixture can be arranged in the decreasing or‐der as follows :ARA dosage ,mixing temperature and mixing method .In addition ,the freeze and thaw splitting test on both aged and unaged mixtures showed that the ARA can effectively improve the anti‐aging properties of an asphalt mixture .
