能力预留的网络零售配送时隙分配与定价研究

         

摘要

In e‐retailing ,some delivery time slots would be closed ahead because their delivery capacity required is greater than that available .These time slots are attractive to some customers who are willing to pay more for the delivery .Therefore ,the on‐line retailers could have more revenue .Aiming at the higher willingness‐to‐pay delivery and referring to the airline revenue man‐agement ,the utility function was introduced in this paper .The selection probability function was established based on the Logit . A new pricing model was presented and the whole models were analyzed with a case example .The case analysis showed the im‐pacts of the rate of delivery capacity reservation on revenue ,the interaction of delivery time and pricing ,and the relations of selec‐tion probability in different time slots ,which verified the effectiveness and validity of the model .%网络零售环境下,当订单的配送需求大于时隙的可用配送能力时,时隙就会提前关闭,一些客户可能愿意支付较高价格以获得该时隙的配送服务,从而该类时隙可能获得更大收益。针对这些意愿支付较高价格的订单,借鉴航空公司收益管理的思想,引入效用函数建立基于Logit选择概率模型,提出新的时隙定价模型,并给出算例进行分析。分析结果表明,不同的时隙预留比例会对时隙收益产生不同的影响;交付期长短会对时隙定价产生影响;有2个或3个时隙可选时,时隙 n1(12:00—14:00)的选择概率最高,而n3(18:00—20:00)的选择概率最低,但是价格仍然对客户选择产生影响。该分析结果验证了模型的有效性与准确性。
