在对几家著名的欧美国家重点实验室的人员情况进行调研的基础上,发现国外实验室的人员规模普遍较大。流动性、工作性质、学位、年龄、合同年限的角度对国外重点实验室的人员结构进行总结。在工资结构方面发现美国和德国的国家实验室人员的高于我国的工资等级标准,保障了实验室人员的稳定性。合理的流动性保证了研究新鲜血液的补充,固定人员和无限期合同人员保障了实验室研究的稳定性。合理的人员学历结构,避免了人才的浪费。%Based on survey, we found that the human resources scale in foreign national laboratory is large. The human resources structure is summarized in the dimensions of mobility, positions, academic degrees, ages and contracts. The basic wages standard is higher than China which guarantee the stability of research. Reasonable mobility enables the staff supplement, permanent staff and indefinite contract staff guarantee the sustainable development. hTe rational academic degrees structures avoid the talents wastes.
