高校科研支撑人员激励机制研究

         

摘要

本文对高校科研支撑人员开展工作情况进行了调研分析,包括收入、贡献与收入的贴近度、劳动强度、成果归属、受重视程度、职称评定等,指出了目前科研支撑人员发展中存在的问题,提出了促进科研支撑人员发展、最大限度发挥科研支撑人员作用的相关政策建议.%In this paper, we researched and analyzed the work of the university's research support staff. These include the staff's income, compatible degree of their contribution with their income, a workload for them, a sense of belonging with their research achievements, a degree of attention they received, as well as the evaluation of their professional titles. We therefore put forward several related policy advice aimed to promote research support staff's career development and to give play to their roles to the utmost extent possible.
