长春新碱对人胃癌细胞形态和热休克蛋白表达的影响

摘要

AIM: To study the function of killing to person s gastric cancer cells and the expressions of heat shock protein with Vincristine。 Method: AS BGC-823 gastric cancer cells educated in CO 2 training box, Vincristine for junction were injected to educate continuously for 5 h or 10 h, persons gastric cancer cells were stained with haematoxylin Eosin(HE) and dyed with immunonistochemical method, which was observed and aaalyzed under optical microscope。 Result: BGC-823 ceils were transformed in experimental group The changes of position and ash degree were obvious in expressions of HSP。 Conclusion: Vincristine for 5 hours has a significant function of killing to gastric cancer cells and a obvious influence on appearance of ancer cells and the expression of HSP gene。
