PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel expression inducer more effective than a conventional HSP70 expression inducer.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an expression inducer of a heat shock protein (HSP) containing ozone-dissolved glycerin. An external preparation containing the expression inducer of the invention can be used as medicines, cosmetics, or the like, particularly, it can be used as medicines or cosmetics for the prevention and treatment of a dermal damage by ultraviolet radiation, inhibition of wrinkle formation by ultraviolet, inhibition of melanogenesis, skin whitening effect, effects of preventing and/or ameliorating stains, and the like.
