红绿灯信号控制图在橡胶硫化生产统计过程控制中的管理应用

摘要

双边规范质量特性在统计过程控制的控制阶段应用红绿灯信号控制图,比一般控制图更直观,可直接了解特性分布的宽度,在保证灵敏度的前提下具有更高的错误报警率.数据点可直接描点在红绿灯信号控制图上,此时控制图可作为分析控制图使用.对于橡胶产品的长度和刚度,特性参数值控制在±3σ内,选用红绿灯信号控制图较为合适.%In the control stage,the red and green light signal control chart was more intuitive than the general control chart in the statistical process control (SPC) of bilateral rules quality characteristic.The width of the characteristic distribution could be read directly.Under the premise of the sensitivity,the alarm rate was higher.The data points could be plotted directly in the red and green lights signal control chart,then it could be used as the control chart for analysis.When the characteristic parameter value was controlled within ± 3σ for the length and stiffness of rubber products,the red and green light signal control chart was more suitable.
