Based on orthogonal design,six factors such as rockfall impact height,rockfall gravity,cushion clay content,cushion inclination,cushion compression modulus and cushion water content were used in 96 indoor model tests under four horizontal conditions.By the range analysis and significance analysis of experimental data,the influence of these six factors on the impact force of rockfall was studied.Results show that the descending order of the influence of these six factors on rockfall impact force is rockfall gravity,rockfall impact height,cushion clay content,cushion compression modulus,cushion water content and cushion inclination.By changing cushion clay content,cushion compression modulus and cushion water content respectively,the impact force of rockfall can be reduced by 23%,21% and 19%.When cushion clay content is 60%,cushion compression modulus is 26 MPa and cushion water content is 19.4%,the impact force of rockfall is minimum.%基于正交设计,进行落石冲击高度、落石重力、垫层黏土含量、垫层倾角、垫层压缩模量和垫层含水量等6个因素在4个水平条件下的96次室内模型试验,运用极差分析和显著性分析试验数据,研究这6个因素对落石冲击力影响的规律.结果表明:这6个因素对落石冲击力的影响由大到小依次为落石重力、落石冲击高度、垫层黏土含量、垫层压缩模量、垫层含水量和垫层倾角;通过分别改变垫层黏土含量、垫层压缩模量和垫层含水量,可将落石冲击力分别降低23%,21%和19%;当垫层黏土含量为60%、垫层压缩模量为26MPa和垫层含水量为19.4%时,落石冲击力最小.
