改性羧基丁苯胶乳分散液的制备及应用

         

摘要

研究了改性羧基丁苯胶乳分散液的制备方法,首先将改性纳米碳酸钙干粉与羧基丁苯胶乳混合,充分搅拌均匀,制得分散乳液;然后将多活性官能团聚合物与上述制得的分散乳液混合均匀,并置于离心机,消除分散乳液中的气泡,得到改性羧基丁苯胶乳分散液.将制备的改性丁苯胶乳在涂布纸面涂中应用并与市售的丁苯胶乳对比.结果显示:通过改性的丁苯胶乳显著地改善了羧基丁苯胶乳的湿强性能和湿摩擦性能,能够在不添加抗水剂的情况下达到未改性的丁苯胶乳涂料中添加0.8%(相对绝干颜料质量比)抗水剂的效果.因不用抗水剂,可以减少由于抗水剂中有害成分对人身体的伤害,实现涂布纸品生产绿色环保.%The preparation process of modified carboxylic styrene-butadiene latex emulsion was studied. First, the modified nano-CaCO3and carboxylic styrene-butadiene latex were mixed together to prepare a dispersion emulsion; Then the polymer with multi-functional group was added and mixed with the dispersion emulsion above to prepare modified carboxylic styrene-butadiene latex emulsion, Which was sent to a centrifuge machine to eliminate bubbles. The comparison was carried out between the modified styrene-butadiene latex and commercial product by using it in coating paper. The results show that the wet strength and wet friction of modified styrene-butadiene latex has improved obviously. The properties of the paper coated by modified styrene-butadiene latex without water resistant agent are equal to the paper coated by unmodified styrene-butadiene latex with 0.8% water resistant agent added. Because it does not contain water resistant agent, the modified carboxylic styrene-butadiene latex emulsion can reduce the harmful substance to human and make the coated paper more environmental friendship.
