PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for forming a conductive film, which provides a coating film having a high antistatic property scarcely reduced even when getting wet with water, and furthermore, being scarcely scratched, and to provide a method for producing the composition, and to provide modified inorganic oxide fine particles to be contained in the composition, a modified inorganic oxide fine particle dispersion to be used for production of the composition, and methods for producing them.;SOLUTION: The modified inorganic oxide fine particles have on the surfaces of the inorganic oxide fine particles with an average particle diameter of 4 to 200 nm measured with the image analysis technique, a hydrolysis product of an ammonium salt having an alkoxysilyl group with a predetermined structure, in an amount of 5×10-3 to 200×10-3 moles with respect to 1 mole of the inorganic oxide fine particles.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
