Objective To investigate clinical effect by high viscosity bone cement vertebroplasty in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral fractures. Methods A total of 124 osteoporotic vertebral fractures patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 62 cases in each group. They all received vertebroplasty for treatment, while the observation group received high viscosity bone cement, and the control group received conventional bone cement. Curative effects were compared between the two groups. Results Both groups had higher vertebral height and lower Cobb angle after treatment than those before treatment, while the observation group had better improvements than the control group (P<0.05). The observation group had lower bone cement leakage rate (8.06%) than the control group (38.71%) (P<0.05). Conclusion High viscosity bone cement vertebroplasty can effectively improve clinical symptoms in patients in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral fractures, and this method is worth widely promoting.%目的:探讨高粘度骨水泥椎体成形术对骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的临床治疗效果。方法124例骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各62例。均行椎体成形术治疗,观察组给予高粘度骨水泥,对照组给予普通骨水泥。对比两组疗效。结果两组治疗后椎体高度高于治疗前, Cobb 角低于治疗前,观察组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组骨水泥渗漏率(8.06%)低于对照组(38.71%)(P<0.05)。结论高粘度骨水泥椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折可有效改善患者临床症状,值得广泛推广。
