Livin和Survivin在卵巢癌中的表达及相关性研究

摘要

目的：探讨Livin、Survivin是否与卵巢癌的发生、发展有关并评价两者的相互关系。方法利用免疫组化法检测76例卵巢癌、24例卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤标本中Livin、Survivin蛋白表达的情况。结果卵巢癌中Livin阳性率为81.58%,显著高于卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤的33.33%(P<0.05)。卵巢癌中Survivin阳性率为63.16%,明显高于卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤的25.00%(P<0.05)。Livin蛋白表达阳性的卵巢癌中, Survivin的阳性表达率为64.52%；Livin蛋白表达阴性的卵巢癌中, Survivin的阳性表达率为57.14%,相关分析表明两者表达无相关性(χ2=0.267,P>0.05)。结论Livin、Survivin与卵巢癌的发生密切相关,但两者在卵巢癌中的转录途径可能具有差异。%ObjectiveTo investigate relationship of Livin and Survivin with occurrence and development of ovarian cancer, and evaluate correlation between them.Methods Immunohistochemistry test was applied to detect expression of Livin and Survivin in 76 ovarian cancer cases and 24 benign ovarian epithelial tumor cases. ResultsPositive rate of Livin in ovarian cancer was much higher as 81.58% than 33.33% in benign ovarian epithelial tumor (P<0.05). Positive rate of Survivin in ovarian cancer was much higher as 63.16% than 25.00% in benign ovarian epithelial tumor (P<0.05). In ovarian cancer with positive Livin protein, the positive expression rate of Survivin was 64.52%, which was 57.14% in ovarian cancer with negative Livin protein. The analysis showed no correlation between them (χ2=0.267,P>0.05).ConclusionLivin and Survivin are closely related with occurrence of ovarian cancer, while there may be difference in transcription way between them in ovarian cancer.
