一种新型耐温表面活性剂在球形Al2O3纳米粉制备中的应用研究

摘要

以硝酸铝为原料，探讨了具有三维结构耐温表面活性剂对水相沉淀法合成球形Al2O3纳米粉的颗粒分散性能，研究了该活性剂不同G值和用量对粉体粒径及分布的影响，并讨论了该表面活性剂的作用机理。%By using a three dimensional surfactant,dendrimer,as modifier,in the synthesis of alumina from Al(NO3)3 aqueous solution,spherical Al2O3 nanometer powder with mono-dispersion is obtained.The deffect of the G value and the amount of the surfactant on the particle size and distribution are investigated.A possible modification mechanism is proposed
