基于数学建模的三次顶出反转式圆弧脱模机构设计

     

摘要

针对产品上两端内侧存在的密封圈安装槽倒扣脱模困难问题,设计了一种3次顶出旋转式脱模机构,构建了机构驱动的动力学数学模型,应用该数学模型,证实了采用模板进行驱动机构来实现密封圈安装槽倒扣特征旋转脱模的方案完全可行.结合脱模机构的需要,设计了一种滑块移位式3次顺序顶出控制机构,模具结构采用两板式、一模两穴、侧浇口浇注3次顶板顶出结构.实践证明,基于数学建模的脱模机构、顶出顺序控制机构以及模具结构设计,可为同类产品模具设计提供参考.%Aiming at the demolding difficulty in sealing ring mounting groove buckle on both ends inside the product,a rotary demolding mechanism with three-time ejection was design in this paper,and a dynamic mathematic model for this mechanism was constructed.Based on this mathematical model,the template driven mechanism for realizing the rotary demolding of the sealing ring mounting groove buckle was confirmed to be entirely feasible.Moreover,a slider displacement control mechanism with three-order ejection was designed according to the requirement of demolding mechanism.This mold had two plates,one module and two cavities,and three-side gate runner ejection plate structure.The demolding mechanism,top-out sequence control mechanism and die structure designed in this paper can provide a useful reference for the mold design of similar products.
