SiO2/ZnO复合微粒对聚乳酸力学性能和结晶度的影响

         

摘要

The SiO2/ZnO powder which was made by ball milling methods was selected to mix with PLA powder, and the samples of composites were made through extruding and injection molding. The effect of ball milling treatment was detected by the FTIR; and the variation tendency of mechanical properties was studied by the mechanical properties test and the SEM analysis; the DSC test results showed the variation tendency of glass transition temperature and the degree of crystallinity of the composite. The best formulation, which had been found through the integrated analysis, was adding 0.5% SiO2/ZnO powder into PLA. At this point, the glass transition temperature, the degree of crystallinity and the impact strength of the composite became to 65. 22 ℃., 41. 45% and 4. 92 Kj/m2 which were respectively increased by 8. 8% , 23. 4% and 5. 4% . And the tensile strength and the flexural strength of which were respectively become to 68. 82 Mpa, 59. 67 Mpa, which were decreased appreciably than that of PLA.%选用纳米SiO2和微米ZnO作为粒子添加剂,用球磨法制备成复合粒子与聚乳酸粉末共混,通过挤出造粒、注塑成型制得试样.通过红外光谱分析、力学性能测试、断口 SEM分析以及DSC测试探索了复合粒子与基体的相容性、分散程度以及试样的力学性能和结晶度变化趋势,并对结果进行了理论分析,确定了最佳配方是粒子质量分数为0.5%的SiO2/ZnO球磨复合粒子/PLA组分,此时复合材料的结晶度达到41.45%,玻璃化温度为65.22℃,冲击强度为4.92 kJ/m2,与纯PIA比较分别提高了 23.4%、8.8%和5.4%;拉伸强度、弯曲强度与纯PLA相比有轻微降低,分别为68.82 MPa和59.67 MPa.
