报道了一种利用沸石粉作为除味剂减少聚丙烯中挥发性有机化合物(VOC)的方法.通过调整烘烤工艺、挤出工艺等方法优化聚丙烯中的甲醛、乙醛散发性能,甲醛散发浓度从570 μg/m3降至最佳条件下的42μg/m3,乙醛散发浓度从4 451 μg/m3降至最佳条件下的271 μg/m3,得到了甲醛散发浓度较小的聚丙烯材料.%This paper reported a method for reducing the volatile organic compounds (VOCs) emission properties of polypropylene by using zeolite powder.By adjusting the baking process and extrusion process of polypropylene to optimize the emission performance of formaldehyde and acetaldehyde,formaldehyde emission concentration decreased from 570 μg/m3 to 42 μg/m3 under the optimum conditions,and the concentration of acetaldehyde emission decreased from 4 451 μg/m3 to 271 μg/m3.
