苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物对尼龙6/玻璃纤维复合材料耐磨改性研究

     

摘要

Nylon 6 (PA6)/fiberglass (GF)/styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer (SMA) composites were prepared by melt blending with twin-screw extruder.By changing the content of SMA and the working conditions (temperature,speed,load),the wear-resisting properties PA6/GF/SMA composites were studied.The results show that the addition of SMA effectively improves the wear resistance of the composites.Compared with the PA6/GF composites,the friction coefficient of the PA6/GF/SMA composite with 2wt% SMA is reduced by 29.5 %.With the increase of wear test load (200 ~ 600 N) and rotational speed (200 ~ 1 000 r/min),the friction coefficient values of the PA6/GF/SMA composites with 2wt% SMA decline.Besides,in the temperature range of 25 ~ 125 ℃,the PA6/GF/SMA composites with 2wt% SMA can keep good wear resistance.%通过双螺杆挤出机熔融共混制备了聚酰胺6/玻璃纤维/苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物(PA6/GF/SMA)复合材料,研究了SMA含量和工况条件(温度、转速、负荷)对复合材料耐磨性能的影响.结果表明,SMA的加入有效地提高了复合材料的耐磨性能.当SMA质量分数为2%时,复合材料的摩擦因数与未加入SMA的PA6/GF复合材料相比,降低了29.5%;摩擦因数随着负荷的增加(200 ~600 N)而降低,随着转速的增加(200~l 000 r/min)而减小.且添加2% SMA的复合材料在25~ 125℃之间保持了良好的耐磨性能.
