简要概述了聚苯硫醚生产中N-甲基吡咯烷酮回收的方法,得出溶剂萃取法适宜工业化应用.采用ASpen Plus流程模拟软件模拟六级串联逆流萃取,在假定的条件下,萃余液中N-甲基吡咯烷酮含量可降至1.2×10-8.然后采用CTL50-N小型离心萃取机进行六级串联逆流萃取实验,采用外标法测定萃余液中N-甲基吡咯烷酮含量为1.8x10-5,萃取率几乎达到100%,说明实验与模拟结果几乎一致,萃取效果良好,离心萃取机可在聚苯硫醚产业中进行工业化推广应用.%The method of recovering N-methyl pyrrolidone from polyphenylene sulfid was summarized and it was concluded that the solvent extraction was suitable for industrial application. The Aspen Plus software was used to simulate the six-stage series countercurrent extraction. Under the assumption conditions, the content of N-methyl pyrrolidone can be reduced to 1.2x 10-8. Then, the CTL50-N centrifugal extractor was used for six-stage series countercurrent extraction test. The content of N-methyl pyrrolidone in the raffinate is 1.8x10-5 and the extraction rate is almost 100%. The results show that the experiment are almost identical with the simulation, and the extraction result is well. So the centrifugal extractor can be applied in the recovery of N-methyl pyrrolidone from polyphenylene sulfid.
