无人机雾化喷头的使用现状与发展趋势

         

摘要

Effect of different nozzles on controlling efficiency of unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)for plant protection and its application was reviewed, including operation principle, atomization performance and extension practice of the two common nozzles (hydraulic nozzle and centrifugal nozzle). Size distribution of droplets generated by hydraulic nozzle was dispersive, in which spray liquid deposition was improved under certain pressure; while, deposition and drift of droplets were easy to be controlled by centrifugal nozzle, in which droplet diameter was precisely controlled by flow rate and rotation speed.%介绍了无人机雾化喷头对植保无人机施药防治效果的影响及使用现状,对现在常用的两类雾化喷头 ——液力喷头和离心喷头的工作原理、雾化性能以及应用实践进行了综述.液力喷头将药液以一定压力喷出以提高沉积量,但雾滴粒径大小分布较分散;离心喷头可通过调节喷头流量和电机转速精确控制雾滴粒径大小分布,更易于控制雾滴的沉积和飘移.选择合适的雾化喷头是实现精准作业、减少农业环境污染的有效方法.
