某院呼吸科社区获得性肺炎住院患者抗菌药物利用评估

摘要

目的:评估某院呼吸科社区获得性肺炎(CAP)住院患者抗菌药物应用的合理性.方法:统计某院呼吸科2008年6月-2009年5月172例CAP住院患者的相关资料,采用药物利用评估(DUE)法评估CAP患者应用抗菌药物的合理性.结果:88.4%的患者符合住院治疗标准;93.0%的患者抗菌药物剂量合理;95.3%的患者经治疗后临床症状好转,但仅50.5%的患者治疗过程中监测了肾功能.结论:该院CAP患者抗菌药物应用基本合理、有效,但也存在一些不足之处,需要进一步改进.%OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the rationality of antibacterial agents for inpatients with community-acquired pneumonia (CAP) in respiratory department of one hospital.METHODS: The 172 medical records of CAP inpatients from Jun.2008 to May.2009 in respiratory department were collected.The retrospective drug use evaluation(DUE) was chosen to evaluate the reasonability of antibacterial agents in CAP patients.RESULTS: 88.4％ of patients met inpatient therapy standard, 93.0％ of patients took correct dosage, 95.3％ were improved after treatment.However, only 50.5％ of patients monitored renal function.CONCLUSION:The application of antibacterial agents in CAP inpatients is rational and effective.However, there still are some defects which should be further improved.
