OBJECTIVE: To investigate the regularity and characteristics of Vitamin Ki injection-induced allergic reactions, and to provide reference for the safety of drug use in the clinic. METHODS: Vitamin Ki injection-induced allergic reactions were collected from our hospital during Mar. 2006 -Apr. 2011. Combined with literatures and reports retrieved from CNKI in nearly 16 years, Vitamin Ki injection-induced allergic reactions were analyzed comprehensively. RESULTS: 20 to 60 years took up the higher proportion, and allergic reactions were more common in female then in male. The high frequency of mild to moderate allergic reactions was observed. CONCLUSION: Vitamin Ki or Tween-80 may be a major factor to Vitamin Ki injection-induced allergic reactions , we should pay attention to these ADRs, in order to ensure safe drug use.%目的:总结维生素K1注射液致过敏反应的发生规律和特点,为临床合理用药提供参考.方法:收集我院2006年3月-2011年4月院内使用维生素K1注射液出现的过敏反应,并结合在中国期刊网上搜索到的维生素K1注射液致过敏反应的文献报道进行综合分析.结果:20～60岁出现过敏反应的比例较高,女性的发生率高于男性,中度过敏和轻度过敏反应发生频率较高.结论:维生素K1或吐温80可能是导致维生素K1注射液致过敏反应的主要因素,临床应给予重视,确保用药安全.
