OBJECTIVE: To study kinetic characteristics of static adsorption of D201 resin aniou to ginkgo leaves flavone. METHODS: The adsorption isotherms of D201 resin anion under different temperatures were determined by HPLC, and adsorption kinetic curves of initial concentration were also determined. RESULTS: The adsorption of D201 resin anion to ginkgo leaves flavone was in line with Freundlich equation and Langmuir equation; adsorption kinetic regularity can be described with secondary velocity equation; main speed control step of adsorption was liquid membrane diffusion, and activation energy of adsorption was -10.328 5 kJ/mol. CONCLUSION: The conclusion can provide reference for further parification and separation of D201 resin anion to ginkgo leaves flavone.%目的:研究D201阴离子树脂对银杏叶黄酮静态吸附过程的动力学特征.方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定D201阴离子树脂在不同温度下的吸附等温线与不同起始浓度下的吸附动力学曲线.结果:D201阴离子树脂对银杏叶黄酮的吸附较符合Freundlich方程和Langmuir方程;吸附动力学规律可用准二级动力学方程表示;液膜扩散是其吸附的主要速控步骤,吸附活化能为一10.328 5 kJ/mol.结论:所得结果可为进一步纯化分离银杏叶黄酮提供参考.
