HPLC法测定感冒清口服液中柴胡皂苷a、d的含量

OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the content determination of saikosaponin a and saikosaponin d in Ganmaoqing oral liquid. METHODS: HPLC was adopted. The determination was performed on Agilent TC-C18 column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water(35 :65, V/V)at flow rate of 1.0 ml/min and detection wavelength at 210 nm. The column temperature was 25 ℃ and injection volume was 10 μl. RESULTS: The linear ranges were 0.207 8-8.312 μg for saikosaponin a and 0.244 8-9.792 μg for saikosaponin d, respectively. The average recoveries were 95.76% (RSD= 1.20% , n=6)and 95.28% (RSD=0.80% , n=6). CONCLUSION: The method is simple, accurate and specific for the content determination of saikosaponin a and saikosaponin d in Ganmaoqing oral liquid.%目的:建立测定感冒清口服液中柴胡皂苷a、d含量的方法.方法:采用高效液相色谱法.色谱柱为Agilent TC-C18柱,流动相为乙腈-水(35∶65,V/V),检测波长为210hm,流速为1.0 ml/min,柱温为25℃,进样量为10 μl.结果:柴胡皂苷a、d的进样质量分别在0.207 8～8.312 μg和0.244 8～9.792 μg范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好；平均回收率(n=6)分别为95.76％ (RSD=1.20％)和95.28％ (RSD=0.80％).结论:该方法操作简便、准确度高、专属性强,适用于感冒清口服液中柴胡皂苷a、d的含量测定.
