HPLC法测定五仁醇自乳化胶囊中五味子醇甲和五味子乙素的含量

Objective: To develop a method for the determination of schisandrin and schisandrin B in the Wurenchun self-emulsifying capsules by HPLC. Method; The samples were separated on a RP-C18 column ( DiamondsilTM ,250 mm x 4. 6 mm,5 um) with methanol and water (75:25) as the mobile phase. The detection was performed at 220 nm for schisandrin and schisandrin B at a flow rate of 1. 0 ml·min-1. Resu The calibration curve was linear over the range of 2. 19-24. 09 ug·ml-1 and 2. 15-23. 65 ug·ml-1 for schisandrin and schisandrin B with the coefficient of determination of 0. 999 1 and 0. 999 4, respectively. The average recovery was 100.6% (RSD=2. 65%) and 100.4% {BSD =2.66%) for the two substances,respectively (n =9). Conclusion; This method is accurate and repeatable, and can be used for the quality control of Wurenchun self-emulsifying capsules.%目的:建立五仁醇自乳化胶囊中五味子醇甲、五味子乙素的含量测定方法.方法:采用Diamonsil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(75∶25)为流动相,流速1.0 ml· min-1,检测波长为220 nm.结果:五味予醇甲和五味子乙素浓度分别在2.19 ～24.09 μg·ml-1(r =0.9991)和2.15 ～23.65 μg·ml-1范围内呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.999 4),平均加样回收率分别为100.6％和100.4％,RSD分别为2.65％和2.66％(n=9).结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可作为五仁醇自乳化胶囊的质量控制方法.
