目的 研究透皮促进剂月桂氮革酮、油酸、月桂醇与1,2-丙二醇单独使用或混合使用对萘普生经皮渗透的促透效果.方法 采用Valia-Chien双室渗透池,以10%聚乙二醇400生理盐水为接收介质,经大鼠腹部离体皮肤渗透,高效液相色谱法测定接受液中药物含量,计算药物累积透皮量和稳态透皮速率.结果 5%月桂氮革酮+20%1,2-丙二醇达最大促透效果.结论 脂溶性促进剂月桂氮革酮、油酸,联合1,2-丙二醇使用对萘普生促透效果显著.%Objective To investigates the effects of penetration enhancer, azone, oleic acid, dodecyl alcohol, 1, 2-propylene glycol(l, 2-PG) and their co- enhancer on the transdermal delivery of naproxen across the excised rat skin. Methods In vitro skin permeation studies of naproxen were conducted at 37 C across the excised rat dorsal skin with 2-chambered Valia-Chien glass diffusion cell and 10% PEG 400 normal saline as receiving medium. The concentration of naproxen in permeation fluid was determined by HPLC. Results Azone and OA enhanced the permeation of naproxen across the skin greatly, and the great synergistic enhancing effect was resulted from the combination use of 5% azone with 20% 1, 2- PG. Conclusion Azone or OA combined with 1, 2- PG as penetration enhancers for transdermal delivery of naproxen is a good choice.
