熵权法结合等效数值法评价几种促透剂促透效果的研究

         

摘要

目的 探讨熵权法结合等效数值法在透皮吸收促进剂促透效果综合评价中的应用.方法 采用双室扩散池进行体外透皮试验研究,建立皮肤接收液中模型药物对乙酰氨基酚的分析方法、透皮吸收试验方法等,以累积渗过量(Q)、渗透系数(Kp)、稳态流量(Jss)、和滞后时间(Tlag)为主要指标,采用熵权法与等效数值法相结合的方法,对1%薄荷醇、2%月桂氮卓酮、7%石菖蒲油3种促透剂的促透效果进行综合评价.结果 1%薄荷醇、2%月桂氮卓酮、7%石菖蒲油的权重系数分别1.02439、1.00004、0.99191,即1%薄荷醇促透效果最佳,2%月桂氮卓酮次之,7%石菖蒲挥发油最差.结论 基于熵权的等效数值法使主观与客观相结合,能公正地综合评价促透剂的促透效果.%Objective To evaluate the penetration-enhancing effects by the entropy weights combined with equivalent numerical methods. Method Two-room diffusion cell device in vitro was adopted for the experiments. Analysis method of skin receiving liquid and percutaneous absorption test were established for the model drug of acetaminophen. Entropy weights combined with equivalent numerical method were employed to evaluate the penetration-enhancing effects of 2% menthol, 1% azone and 7% oil from rhizoma acori tatarinowii with indicators such as accumulated penetration ( Q) , permeability coefficient ( Kp ) , steady-state fiow( Jss ) , the lag time ( Tlag ) and so on. Results The P values of 2% menthol, 1% azone and 7% oil from rhizoma acori tatarinowii were 1. 02439, 1. 00004 and 0. 99191, respectively. The sequence of penetration-enhancing effect were as follows, 2% menthol, 1% azone and 7% oil from rhizoma acori tatarinowii. Conclusion The equivalent numerical method based on entropy weight could evaluate the promoting effect of transdermal enhancers accurately and objectively.
