Objective To optimize the preparation technology of hawthorn leaves flavonoids phospholipid complex. Methods With the comprehensive scores (appearance and recombination rate) of hawthorn leaves flavonoids phospholipid complex as the indicators and with the feed ratio,reactant's concentration,temperature and stirring time as the influence factors on the recombination rate,the orthogonal test of five factors and four levels was designed for systematically investigating the best preparation technology of hawthorn leaves flavonoids phospholipid complex. Results The influence degrees rank of the four factors was the feed ratio > the reactant concentration > the stirring time > the temperature. Conclusion The best preparation technology is as follows: the ratio of hawthorn leaves flavonoids to phospholipid is 1 : 2 with the reactant mass concentration of 40 g/L,the temperature of 60 ℃ and the stirring time of 1 h.%目的 优选山楂叶总黄酮磷脂复合物的制备工艺.方法 以山楂叶总黄酮磷脂复合物的综合评分(外观及复合率)为指标,以投料比、反应物浓度、温度、搅拌时间等因素对复合率的影响,据此设计5因素4水平正交试验,系统考察山楂叶总黄酮磷脂复合物的最佳制备工艺.结果 4个因素影响程度排列为投料比>反应物浓度>搅拌时间>温度.结论 最佳制备工艺条件为山楂叶总黄酮:磷脂1:2,反应物质量物浓度40 g/L,温度60℃,搅拌时间1h.
