高效液相色谱法测定金钱草颗粒中槲皮素含量

摘要

目的 建立测定金钱草颗粒中槲皮素含量的高效液相色谱法.方法 色谱柱为Phenomenex Prodigy ODS3 C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(50:50),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为360 am,柱温为30℃.结果 槲皮素质量浓度在10.4～104.0 μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.92%,RSD=1.07%(n=6).结论 该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于测定金钱草颗粒的含量.%Objective To establish an HPLC method for determining the content of quercetin in Lysimachia Granules. Methods HPLC method was used. The column type was Phenomenex Prodigy ODS3 (250 mm ×4. 6 mm, 5 μm).The mobile phase was methanol -0. 4% phosphorous acid(50 : 50). The flow rate was 1 mL/min. The detective wavelength was 360 nm and column tempreture was 30 ℃. Results The linear range of quercetin was 10. 4 - 104. 0 μg/mL(r = 0. 999 9), the average recovery was 99.92% and the RSD was 1.07%(n = 6). Conclusion The method is simple and accurate,and can be used reliably for the quality control of Lysimachia Granules.
