儿童医院2011年至2012年儿科口服中成药应用分析

摘要

目的：分析医院儿科口服中成药的用药情况，为临床合理用药提供依据。方法利用四川省妇女儿童医院数据库，统计2011年至2012年使用数据，通过用药金额、用药频度等情况分析儿科口服中成药使用情况。结果安儿宁颗粒、蒲地蓝消炎口服液临床应用广泛，而小儿双清颗粒受同类药品种的影响，用药量呈大幅下降趋势，一些新进药品如小儿清热止咳口服液使用量呈快速上升趋势。结论医院儿科口服中成药使用情况基本合理，符合该院作为妇女儿童医院的特点。%Objective To analyze the use situation of pediatric oral Chinese patent medicines ( CPM ) in our hospital in order to provide reference for their rational use in clinic. Methods The consumption data of pediatric oral CPM during 2011—2012 were retrieved from the hospital information database and the use of pediatric oral CPM was analyzed in respect of consumption sum and DDDs. Results Anerning Granules and Pudilan Antiinflammation Oral Solution were widely used in clinic. The consumption amount of Xiaoer Shuangqing Granules showed the sharply decreasing trend due to the influence of the similar medicines. Some newly introduced CPM such as Xiaoer Qingrezhike Oral Solution had a fast increasing tendency in consumption quantity. Conclusion The use situation of pe-diatric oral CPM in our hospital is basically rational and conforms to the characteristics of hospital as maternity and child health care hospital.
