正交设计法优选清咽颗粒提取工艺

摘要

目的：优选清咽颗粒的提取工艺。方法采用正交试验设计法，以干膏得率和甘草中甘草苷、甘草酸含量为指标综合评价，考察加水量、提取时间、提取次数对提取工艺的影响。结果最佳提取工艺为10倍量的水，提取2次，每次2 h。结论优选的工艺合理可行、重现性良好、提取效率高，适用于工业化生产。%Objective To optimize the extraction technology for Qingyan Granules. Methods With the dry extract yield, content of licorice glycosides and glycyrrhizic acid as the indexes, the orthogonal test was adopted to comprehensively evaluate and investigate the influence of the adding water amount, extraction time and extraction times on the extraction technology. Resuts The optimum extraction process was as follows:extracting twice with 10 times the amount of water, 2 h each time. Conclusion This optimized extraction tech-nology is effective, reasonable and feasible with high efficiency, which is suitable for the industrial production.
