美国抗菌药物管理计划的实施及其启示

摘要

Objective To analyze the content and effect of the Antimicrobial Stewardship Program in the United States,and to learn from the experiences for improving the rational use of antibiotics. Methods The main content of Infectious Diseases Society of America and the Society for Healthcare Epidemiology of America Guidelines for Developing an Institutional Program to Enhance Antimicrobial Stewardship and its practice in the America in recent years was discussed. Results Antimicrobial Stewardship Program was applied widely in the America,and had achieved effective results in reducing the use of antibiotics. Conclusion Antimicrobial Stewardship Program has a positive effect for the management of antibiotics agents in China,and can be used to promote the antibacterial drugs special rectification activities.%目的：分析美国抗菌药物管理计划具体内容及其实施效果，获取提高抗菌药物使用合理性的经验。方法详细介绍美国感染病学会和美国医疗保健流行病学学会发布的《加强抗菌药物管理计划发展指南》中的主要内容，了解美国近年实施该计划的情况及其效果。结果抗菌药物管理计划在美国医疗机构中应用较广泛，在降低抗菌药物使用率上取得了有效的成果。结论美国抗菌药物管理计划对于我国医疗机构的抗菌药物管理，无论从理念还是方法上都具有很好的借鉴意义，对于切实推动抗菌药物专项整治活动有积极作用。
